HTC is all excited with firm recording highest sale in the month of July by grossing over $1.56 billion (£957 million). This has been made possible with its line of popular Android handsets which are very high in demand. This has resulted in 83 percent hike as opposed to July 2010.The company has also tried its hand at various other categories as well with Windows Phone 7- HTC 7 Pro and its very first tablet HTC Flyer.

Celebrating its gigantic sales, the company has announced that its going to acquire Dashwire, a "mobile-web services platform" with its profits earned. $18.5 million (£11 million) will be spend to acquire the company, which will be used by HTC to reinforce its cloud services. Also it will beef up it patent portfolio against assorted manufactures like Apple.
